The full time Quality Control Manager is a Certified Weld Inspector (2) and oversees inspections, weld procedures, CWI’s, and cleanliness. Big spools are delivered rather than building individual pipes and fittings on-site, faster welds are executed in a controlled environment, and spools come out labeled for a quick install. Manpower begins fabricating spools before the job site is ready, putting you ahead of schedule. Less people on the job site ensures a safer, more efficient job.
Innovation
The Fab shop houses the fastest, most cutting-edge welding equipment, technology, tools, fit up, and prep gigs. Inert gasses are piped in from outside to the weld booths to streamline the productivity of our expert welders, craftsmen, and craftswomen. On a field site, relocating all the equipment and staff to the project is never a quick process and fabrication can’t resume as quickly as a permanent fabrication facility.

Less on-site movement, congestion, and disruption lowers costs significantly by accelerating the production schedule.
